Training on the Gestalt approach to group leadership

This training program is aimed at people who are already somewhat familiar with Gestalt therapy and are interested in Gestalt group work.

A Gestalt group is an interactive group with a focus on what is happening in the here and now between group members. By reflecting on this ongoing process, you can expand awareness of your individual style of approaching or avoiding contact and explore alternatives.

I will show ways in which you can support people to be more in touch with themselves and those present and to dare to be more authentic. How could these new experiences be transferred into everyday life? What parallels can be seen between the nature of contact disruptions within the group and the interpersonal problems outside the group?

You will also have the opportunity to lead a small group under live supervision and to try out the implementation of structured methods presented.
