This group is intended for participants who
- are dissatisfied with themselves, their appearance or their current life situation;
- want encouragement and support with upcoming changes;
- find it difficult to establish and maintain satisfying interpersonal relationships;
- would like to get honest feedback in a group and want to try out new behavior.
This is an ongoing group that does not meet during school vacations.
